Eating something nice, watching a good TV program, listening to a good old yesteryear song, these are simple things that I have enjoyed all along. But not anymore. Whenever I am engagedin one of these a feeling of guilt somehow creeps over me: “I am enjoying myself while the departed dear and near one cannot, not in this world of ours anymore.” It is a devastating thought that will hound, haunt and stalk me often for the rest of my days. ..
Born in 1940 when my country was still under British rule. Graduated from Rangoon University with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law in 1963 and 1966.
